Joe Coopersmith had a terrific rookie year, capped off with a .647 fall batting average and .709 on base average.  Joe brought pizzazz, non-stop energy and head first slides.  Then Joe flew the Coop, so to speak, leaving the area after the season ended and he'll be missed.
